Due to integrity concerns published giveaways can currently not be edited by the owner after they were released. If you find an error in your published giveaway, you can contact us via help@returnapp.io and we will most likely be able to help you out.

Published giveaways are not intended to be cancelled as it would conflict with the expectation of the participants. Only in special cases a giveaway can be cancelled on demand by contacting us.

Yes. You can set the start date of your giveaway to be in the future. When you then click to publish the giveaway, it will not yet be publicly available. Instead it will be a planned giveaway.

Only once the chosen time point is reached, the giveaway will be made public automatically and your followers will be notified.

Yes. Click on the giveaway in the My giveaways page. Then click on the 3 dots next to the red 'Your giveaway' text and choose 'Cancel planned giveaway'.
